Attached is a draft of a proposal being developed by Eagles member Chris Raynor to get a velodrome in Alliston.
Chris will be presenting his concept during the Eagles Annual General Meeting next Tuesday December 6 (see below*).

There is some parking near the library or you can also park where we meet for Saturday and Sunday rides – walk up to Main St and crossover to Park Ave).
